I want to craft a +2 skills amy, what lvl should i be, and what Ilvl amy should i use?

The simple answer is, with gambling clvl 86 is enough for a chance, but the chance increases significantly up to clvl 95.
For crafting, you want the ilvl/2 plus your clvl/2 (both rounded down to be 90 or more. So assuming you use dropped ilvl 85 amulets (readily available) you need a clvl 96 char. Or, if you craft amulets that you gamble, you have a chance at clvl 88 but it will increase up to clvl 93.

So i can craft hell baal amulets to +2 skill amy when im lvl 82 or higher as the absolut lowest, sounds like i have to get a char to lvl 93 asap :)

No wonder I did not manage to get one... I crafted like 40 amulets with my 89 boner... no luck so far.
By the by: how does one get past 89? It seemed hard enough to get there, but I don't seem to get ANY experience afterwards.
