Warlock exploit nukes Ironforge auction house on Cenarius. Someone put up some screenshots, unfortunately nobody seems to want to host the video yet.

 Too funny! :w00t:

That was rather amusing, though I think I'd be a bit miffed if it happened to me. Still, watching all the damage at the end pop up and then everyone just fall over dead at the same time was a little amusing.

The person who performed and videoed the feat also reported it as a bug.

Do you know the exact cause? I've heard a couple of things, but the one that makes the most sense (and I would consider a bug) is that her pet had some effect on it, when it was unsummoned. When she summoned it again, the effect was still active, and then activated (which provided the kaboom). Now, she knew it would happen, and chose the AH to summon her pet just to kill people, so the griefing aspect remains, but I'd think that an effect staying on an unsummoned pet would be a bug of sorts. But that's just me.

Best live bug demonstration ever.

There is a 'Time Bomb' like curse that a boss in Molten Core can cast. Not having been in MC I don't know the particulars, but I believe it is something like "After x seconds curse causes AoE damage of xxxx to friendlies". Generally this is not an issue, as you have mages assigned to removing the curse, and the amount of time is in the 20-30 seconds range, so there is generally plenty of time to get the curse off if the raid party has any brains.

Curses and de-buffs not being removed by dismissing pets was a purposeful decision, as a Warlock with the right talents can re-summon in 0.5 seconds (once per 15 minutes.) So if your pet got a bad curse or other negative effect, you could potentially dismiss and re-summon instantly without the negative effect on your pet.

I believe is a person invests his talents in being able to do that, let him do so, it's only once every 15 minutes not to mention the huge mana drain needed to summon pets and most of them take soul shards to summon.

I really don't see the issue of stop debuffs/etc' when a pet is unsummoned (at least Warlock pets) but on the other hand, the act done in the video (which was hillarious) has major potential for abuse

Quote: Baron Geddon’s spell, Living Bomb, has undergone a few changes. From now on, Living Bomb will only work in Molten Core, and it can only be cast on players. This fix has been implemented and is now live.

That was awesome. I wish it had sound though.
