Deterrence levelling Weapon Skills - NiteFox - 06-22-2009
Quick one I'm sure is unintentional; Deterrence has a chance to level the weapon skill of the type in your main hand slot. Whether or not you're in combat is irrelevant, and it follows the same rate as pretty much any other method of attacking.
At 1.5min cooldown, there are faster ways of levelling weapon skills, but any advantage comes from the fact that you don't need to be in combat (read: Danger) to level a skill.
Seems to be one of those quirky, if fully understandable, bugs.
