Do Ladder only items (eg. ladder only runewords) remain fully functional after a ladder reset?
Also, when is the next reset?

We can't say for certain what happens with ladder-only runewords, since there hasn't been a reset since those were implemented. However, all other ladder-only items remained intact, so it can be assumed that the same holds for those.
No one knows when the next reset will happen.
