My hunter has timbermaw honored yet can't buy the new +25 agility enchant even though it requires only friendly. A GM said this was a known issue.

Keep trying. There are problem spots around Meliosh when it comes to putting things in your backpack. You have to move around until you hit a spot that allows you to put things in your backpack. It's a royal pain. I found a spot that is directly behind him that seems to work most the time.
