Heiho,
as you may know, Zon's Penetrate gets neglected when she is under influence of a friendly Blessed Aim Aura.
The solution is simple, if you have some beginner's experience with editing the txt files. Since both skills use the same passive aurastate, you'd have to copy the penetrate state, rename it, give it a free ID and change Blessed Aim to use that new state on Party Members. Voila, Pene and BlA AR increasing stacks.
