Yes, it spins. I never knew this. Just really, really slowly.

It makes me wonder if all of the planetary objects rotate. EG - when in Black Temple in Outlands, does Azeroth rotate if one were able to hang out in the courtyard long enough? What about the moon from the top of Karazhan?
