No one else in my family seemed to get the joke. My mom is the funniest person I know, but no one else understands her humour.

Nice to see: not just the sense of humour but that she is willing to update her status at all.
My mother uses my step-father's FB account. They do comment on other people's status updates but they never post a status update of their own.
