In truth, I actually inherited a recipe for pizza burgers from my grandmother which involves the diabolic combination of Velveeta and Spam, spread on bleached white flour hamburger buns.

I understand vigilent copyright/patent protection, and yes it may even be necessary to defend against a product or service that doen't exist, but coupled with their intention to rebrand anyway, the Pork Board may have just paid their lawyers a bit much to issue a letter to a website. Regardless, they've got people talking about pork, so they got something out of it. By the way, I heard a great joke via online video yesterday...
