Here's a story, today I did some transfering in a normal diff game I created with my lv71 mfbarb, I came in with my lv34 necro to do some lvling on Bloody Foothills. When I got to doc farren everyone was gone but when I killed doc farren and identified the green ammy he dropped, it was a Tal Rasha's Amulet !!! (req lv67) this is ofcourse impossible but it just happened ! So I think it's a bug, although I am overcome by joy at the moment. :D

Not a bug; the required monster level to drop tal's amulet is level 25 or something like that. I've heard of people finding it from council members in the Durance, act 4, and baal, all in normal.

Ow... nice to know I thought finding items couldn't exceed your charlv, guess that was a product of brain then. ;)

My realms sorc found one while doing the normal cow level for giggles. Everybody on b.net said I was lying when I said how it happened. :D
