Does decoy inherit ALL of your traits (blocking, life, evasion skills, dr, resists, -damage/magic damage, etc)?

As far as I know it does not contain any of the casters traits but Life and DR.
Evasion skills, blocking, -damage/magic damage and resists have no effect (if my testing was not completely messed up, decoy resists are always zero)

IIRC, Decoy has 0% to all resistances in all difficulties.
