AR against Diablo? - darfür - 07-08-2003
I defeated Diablo on Normal difficulty with my new Barb yesterday. My screen said that I had a 60% chance to hit him. However, actual gameplay only yielded 20% at best. I'm not up on the technicalities of the game, I just like to play for fun. But that wasn't any fun :(
So what was going on?

If I remember correctly, 1.09 had 75% chance of automatically blocking an attack.
I doubt they've nerfed that.
25% x 60% = 15%.
Someone at Blizzard holds dear the notion that "whiff whiff whiff whiff whiff" makes the game hard and fun.

i checked the darkness, and it said 52% block chance for all difficulties.
i tried normal diablo on lvl40 or so, and i'm pretty sure i didn't miss as much as 75%? will try again.
