I played some of my sorcies today....they felt like the mana was regenning a lot faster......even spamming glacial spike didn't drain it as fast as it did before. Or at least it didn't feel that way. Am I just out there floating somewhere, or has something changed?

How do we test something like this? Does someone have 1.09 numbers to compare?

With no +regen items, IIRC it takes 120 seconds for the mana ball to refill in 1.09. So just time how long it takes to get your mana back, if it's nowhere near 120 seconds, then it's been changed.

I thought the same thing, too... Only with me it seemed faster (compared to 09) while a mana regen shrine was active.
