I spent an hour last night running at the Countess in NM players 8 to get some idea of how her rune drops are in the patch. And to see if I could get some better runes.
I made roughly 20 runs in that time and ended up with a Shael, a Sol, an Io, three Amns and a host of lower level runes. I realize this is nowhere near a representative sampling , but these drops strike me as pretty decent. Has anyone else tried it?

Spent 25-30 mins earlier in the morning doing Hell Countess run-throughs (killed nothing other than monsters near the countess and those blocking doorways) with a defiant paladin.
From 20 runs I had 1 Fal, 1 Sol, 2 Thul, 3 Ort and 31 other runes from El to Ith. Not exactly as nice as I had hoped but for the speed, it's still pretty decent I guess.

Just fought my way through Worldstone Keep (NM, first time with this char, about 30%MF) and got several Runes, including lower end like El, Tir, Eth but also including mid range as a Shael. Was really nice ;-)
