Once bliz rolls over the ladder season into the regular realms, what'll happen to the runeword items on those characters?
I remember runewords used to be generated at the begining of each game, and that Bliz patched it up. I don't recall how, though, and I worry that super ladder only runewords will suddenly go useless when rolled over.

There are no ladder-only runewords. There isn't even support for ladder-only runewords. Thus, there's no conflict.
