I don't see anywhere where the FoH HB stats are listed other than its healing.
I actually also have no idea where the undead-only damage conditional is for HB.

You need to also look at the missiles themselves in many cases. In this case look in missiles.txt for the primary missile fistoftheheavensdelay and the sub-missile fistoftheheavensbolt to see damages and synergies. The #$%&Par2 and cHitPar2 fields are used to control the damage to undead only aspect of the holy bolt sub-missiles.
