No, it's safe. I have a couple versions on my computer and I've known the creator for a while.

Contact Hakai No Tenshi here at the Lounge, or at dii.net, if you really want his ATMA muling program for SP, and he will be able to hook you up. He has many satisfied customers and is clean of hacks. Nice guy too.

I downloaded it, checked it out, xferred a few items from some old HC SP characters, and it is very user friendly. I then deleted the chars, which I had intended to do anyway.
Me, I like the SP Murphyfactor, since I tend to play SP as SP if I ever play it anymore.
YMMV.
