My sister and brother-in-law (NAS) are both molecular biologists, so I try to stay up on all the biotech buzz. My take is that not all of it is bad or even dangerous, but the danger is as was forseen by Shelley. There is a difference between "Can we do this?" and "Should we do this?". Knowledge vs Wisdom.
