If I am not mistaken I have bought vulpine items from Charsi in act 1 normal. My favorite vulpine item is Naj's Light Plate, but unfortunately I don't have one on ladder. As another solution, a Dun jewel of freedom might be nice to socket in Medusa's Gaze.
