Right now I'm looking at a Beast Beserker Axe and a Schaefers Hammer.
I went to the German weapon speed calculator website to find out my attack speed.
It shows that if I wield Beast in my first hand, and Schaefers in my second hand, my attack speed will reach the fastest possible, 5 frames with only 20% IAS.
If I wield Scheafers in my first hand and Beast in my second hand, it shows that my attack speed will reach the fastest possible, 5 frames with 40% IAS.
Is this correct? How is weapon speed calculated for frenzy with different base speeds?
