Holy Shock on explosive arrows

I'm interested to know if the Paladins, Holy Shock aura damage is put onto the explosive damage from a demon machine.

No. Only fire damage is carried on the splash. So holy fire would work, but holy shock wouldn't. You'll just have the lightning damage on the arrow itself.
