Even by Fox "news" standards, these are pretty extreme. Makes me wonder what's going on here.

Some of those detainees
were picked up for the equivalent (in their terms) of jaywalking. They were picked in sweeps of neighbourhoods, and they had weapons in their homes or places of work. *gasp* Imagine that?
