Extra items in game

I know that there are graphics of items in diablo that aren't used. I cant find how to activate anyof them in my hex editor other than to simply rename other items.

Try asking your question here. It's a Diablo/Hellfire modding forum. And since I have never tried modding, it's the only forum I know :) I bet you get the answers there(might want to check the pinned threads first though). Good luck.
