I am one of those people addicted to checking out others' gear. I inspected this guy and noticed something different. I think the blue looks better than the orange too.

Is it a bug or does some armor have a chameleon type property? The left is how it appears on them and the right is how it appears on you, with the rest of your armor, against a different background.

The right is how it appears in game you can see the actual person's shoulder sticking out behind the dressing room pane.
