How long till TBC starts in the U.S.?

Being a Europe resident with another time zone, I'm wondering when you guys over in the U.S. can first logon to the Burning Crusade? Must be this night for you, right?

Assuming TBC becomes active when the region's central server time hits midnight (In Europe, the server is set to CET, which means midnight then would be 11PM in the UK), Europe will actually get TBC before America. And Asia will get it before us.
