Culled from Mania's Arcania blog about various hunter pet info, for all those hunters (and presumably warlocks) who miss having their pet out while mounted it's possible to get it back...
All you have to do is mount up (causing pet to disappear), then transform your mount into a reindeer mount using Fresh Holly (And possibly Preserved Holly). Poof, your lovable little ball of fur or scales will reappear alongside you. Pets seem to have forgotten how to keep up with their masters in the interim, as while they can keep up speed they tend to lag further behind than before.
Any warlocks able to confirm this with their minions?
