If you are merely an outside observer, then accurately "it is none of your business".

Except it becomes "our" business as outsiders when our tax dollars are used to bail out the company from their financial burdens by the government ;-)

I agree with that. I absolutely hate corporate bail outs, even when its the right thing to do.
