The Lying Character Screen has made it's return. Last seen in Diablo II, where the character screen numbers were pretty much guaranteed to be something other than what was displayed.
Display on expertise indicates that characters need 26 expertise to not get dodged by skull level bosses, however testing has apparently shown that you only need 172 rating (22 expertise plus a hair) to have no dodges from behind.
With the re-emergence of the LCS, there are many new opportunities for mechanics discoveries. Excitement spread throughout the land.
