I think the game is great personally. I think any of the seven characters can smack around monsters in PvM. All you need is the right equipment and some skill. The only tree that really bothered me was the Druid elemental tree. But it looks like blizzard is fixing that. I never really even had a problem with the necro. In single player hell, his skills did plenty of damage, and CE is one of the most powerfull skills in the game. I think the global 50% pysical resist really hurt alot, but that is being taken care of also. The paladin is very item dependant. Especially when you step out into act 4 hell.
