Taunt
#1
Seems the skill hasn't been really changed in 1.10 from 1.09.
And it still has two very odd behaviours (that I would qualify as bugs):

1- It isn't cancelled by other "overhead effects" (at least from other barb skills like battlecry or howl ; dunno about necro curses).
The problem is if you howl at a taunted foe, it will run away but since it's still "taunted", you can't taunt it back even though it's no longer in "taunted" ai.
To me, that's a bug, and they haven't fixed it.

2- Duration ?
How long does a monster stay "taunted" ? Anyone knows ?

Hmm,

I'm not sure of the duration but I was using level 4 taunt and level 6 frenzy last night in a 5 player TCP/IP game(normal mode Outer Steppes). I found that as long as I kept up the taunting, the monsters did practically zero damage to me. I'm kinda liking this skill combo...I'll test the durations tonight.

I killed a bunch of goats after taunting them to me, and then jumped across an Arcane Sanctuary gap so that the one goat remaining and I were on different platforms. He ran about in frustration trying to get at me. He was still "Taunted" five minutes later as he ran around with the cute "I am Taunted" indications floating over his head.

I went to town via WP, came back: he remained Taunted.

I TP'd up to town, came back: He remained Taunted.

I took the WP to Act I: the Taunt was broken.

Wow, I must have said something really mean in goat demon language. :) I guess goats hold a grudge or something.

EDIT: Posted in a hurry last night, while playing, and upon reading it this morning, it was simply unclear. Post re written for clarity.
