Reflect Damage is really bad for the build I'm currently using, but it's not too bad for a more balanced build. Waller is pretty tough for bear builds since it can negate your DPS for awhile. Shielding definitely slows you down or it can outright kill you if you're relying on LoH/LS procs. The ones you mention above can be tough at times, but as long as Spirit Walk is not on cooldown you can escape them. But really, the only one that makes me change my play style when I see it is Reflect.
I've never found even one item that is good for a 0-dog build, so I've never tried it out. Sounds like fun, though. You can farm lower MP's with a poor-man's version using Grave Injustice + Circle of Life.
