I still haven't tried this one; I need to do that eventually-but I don't play the barb all that much. However, I did take your suggestion to drop Leap. I switched in Overpower / Killing Spree and that got me more adjusted DPS which in turn helps with life steal and killing speed. It also forces me to pay attention to surrounding terrain since getting boxed in without Leap is pretty scary.
For witch doctor content: Cloud of Bats! Lots of DPS with an added dose of danger.
