How to play Hellfire multiplayer?

I think you need a modified version of hellfrui.dll to get it to show up in 1.01.

Well that was rubbish, you can't run in town.

Anyway, I happened upon this program http://www.ladyofthecake.com/diablo/phinstal.zip
and here is a picture to explain what it does.



As you can see, it offers lots of customisations you can tick off or on each with their own little informational box.
Running in town? Yes please!

I think this is a good way to experience the base game online.
I'm free to play a bit if anyone is interested in trying this out.
