Here are a couple screenshots of the PvPish quests Horde characters are given for the Halloween festivities.

The first one is to throw three stink bombs into the middle of Southshore. This is tougher than it sounds, because you can't throw them while in combat, and there are lots of Alliance players around who are eager to spoil Horde players' fun. I managed to complete it by sneaking around along the southeast side of the town and going along the south wall of the inn. I got two stink bombs off before being aggroed by both guards and players. After getting away, I came back and let off my final stink bomb before being hounded by Alliance players. I ran into the inn and died there to prepare for the next quest.

This quest is to place rotten eggs into the ale casks in the main room of the Southshore inn. You can see the pyramid stale of ale casks in the back of the room in this screenshot and it's only the top cask that you can click on. Of course, Alliance players hang out here waiting for Horde players to try to complete this quest (and there were several more players behind and to the sides of me than are shown in this screenshot). I completed this quest by walking up to the casks, rezing, casting a psychic scream, and clicking really fast.
