Honestly, this smells of a hoax. It reads like someone's fantastic dream of what he thinks the game should be like (and some of it is utter insanity).
In addition, there are simple errors that make zero sense -- like going to the trouble of listing, in detail, all the new races and classes, and then talking about the Furbolg starting zone despite not having included Furbolgs in the new race listing...
