A halfbreed troll, daughter of a Troll rogue and a female paladin, woman married a troll. Her face became terribly burned in a battle with a fire mage, and her doctor said she required a skin graft. Her husband offered his skin, and the doctor took a flap from the husband's buttock. Time passed and the wife eventually was as lovely as she had ever been.
One day, her heart filled with gratitude, she approached her husband and said, "How can I ever repay you for the sacrifice you made on my behalf?"
