New Shield Slam (total): 1950 (roughly a 60% boost - now better than revenge in rage rich environments)
The Bloodrage data point (335 total hate - if the mob is concentrated on the player) is new. Kind of encourages pull then bloodrage, rather than the other way around...
The others are consistent (although re-tested on patch 1.7 test) within a point or two.
The damage to hate ratio was 4.1 hate per damage in the original, 4.0 in the current.
