NOOOOO!!!!

The trick was, you get your buff before bed, then log in the next day and get another. Getting 10% damage and 10% defense was a nice treat. Slap on the Blessing of the Warchief and whatever other buff you can find, and then it's quest-completion-madness time. Those three buffs in particular made questing so easy. :)
