MLK's death could have been carried out by spooks because of him becoming a bit to vocal about the Viet Nam war, as well as all the other things that he instigated. He was dangerous. Well loved. He had both black and white folks that followed him and shared is views.
He also had some SERIOUS enemies with the Nation of Islam here in America because of his views on whites and blacks living together and sharing a common dream. The very idea made Farrakhan FURIOUS. MLK was undermining the Nation of Islam's hard work toward seperatism and superiority.
Lots of people wanted him dead. The Klan had a huge price placed on his head.
Lots of folk with motive. JER was the public scapegoat. Some poor country bumpkin that's way to stupid to pull off something so elaborate.
Sort of like the magic bullets that killed JFK.

JER was a good shot. So was Alvin York. "Country bumpkins" who can shoot straight still kill when they hit their targets.
The multiple shooter issue, Jack Ruby angle, is on thinner ice than ub the JFK case. JER confessed. WTF if you didn't do it? He was post Miranda.
If you didn't do it, YOU DON"T CONFESS. Come on, folks, let's play logic 101.
