Instance Walkthrough Guide

The guide was originally intended to encourage people to try instances who haven't done so yet. The Azjol Horde is pretty small, so getting a group can be challenging at times. We have quite a few people who are trying instances out for the first time and want to know what to expect. But, I'll be taking out the numbering scheme next round.
