"player created content" can be a GMs nightmare.
The problem is a lot of kids play this game and kids tend to stupid stuff - like try to gamble with someone they just met and end up getting ripped off. Sure it would be nice to say - live and learn, but Blizz needs to keep customers happy. GMs essentially telling clueless 13 year olds that they were stupid was not a good situation from a customer satisfaction stand point.
Myself I am thrilled to say "bye" to the spam.
