... however, I woke up after high school and decided I wanted something different for my life. So deep down if I were honest with myself, I'm sitting in that ___-Con audience. In reality, I'm not. I dated, listened to what the women were interested in discussing, and learned how to interact with the human species. If the choice were between going out with friends to a hot wild party, or a science fiction convention I tended to go towards the party (which is where I met my wife). I also tended to have the common sense to leave well before the paddy wagons rolled in when things got out of hand.
