And things that are quite familiar in fantasy can also been changed. It's not all about what's copyrighted and what isn't. It's what Blizzard feels affects the world. And what you quoted from my link is what is not allowed. You won't get as big of a penalty on your account, but Blizzard can change the name just by it being a place in the real world.
