A rogue could also equip Blackhorns to reach a high enough % slow, but that is cheesing it to the extreme.

Cheesing it to the extreme indeed. <_< More like a heavy helping of poutine.

I just gave that combination a try. As usual, getting to Baal was an interesting and time-consuming journey. But once there? It took 12 minutes for Baal to die, but he didn't move and didn't clone himself. My character just stood there while the rogue and the Grizzly slowly whittled away at Baal. No recasting, no activity - heck, I got up from my chair, went and checked on the kids, checked that breakfast in the oven was not burning, re-filled my coffee.......

And you may call it righteousness
When civility survives,
But I've had dinner with the Devil and
I know nice from right.
