Setting a Network up for my daughters

Personally, I'm rather hesitant about something like that since it will put an even bigger strain on your electric wiring, which could lead to more shorts. Also, plugging a computer into a wall outlet without a few intermediaries (surge protector and power supply, even though the latter doesn't really give you any protection at all) seems like it's asking for a spike to fry the thing. I have no idea what kind of shielding that thing has on it (didn't look around the site long enough).

Maybe if they had a page with the technical specs of the thing, instead of just the ad page...
