Allow me to rip on Texas.
Im a long time hunter. I have hunted since I was a boy. I eat what I kill, and enjoy challenges of hunting. I have a great respect for my prey and am a conservationist; I learned that respect by spending time hunting.
I say this so you wont think that "hunting" is what bothers me.
Texas is seeems to have a lot of people who just want to slay animals. Its full of "ranches" where they practically raise deer like cattle then people pay to walk through and shoot them.
I have seen numerous pictures of hunting vehicles that have shooting platforms on them used in Texas - thats a real challenge.
People actually hunt over bait in Texas.
Frankly this pathetic new way to kill deer is exactly the kind of crap I expect from that state.
