Because joining public groups is about as much fun as root canals.

Remember, I didn't like WoW at first, either.  But I had lots of time to turn my opinion around (and I admit I'm thoroughly addicted to it now).  I didn't have time with GW.

Gotcha.

FoxBat doesn't like the explorable areas of the maps, but I didn't find them nearly as appalling has he did. If I had under an hour or so to play, I found myself hiring a couple of henchmen and heading out into those areas for some 'solo' play. I didn't have to put up with pubbies once.
