I think my favorite from what I've seen was the Tauren starting areas. The quests are pretty cool and definitely fit the outlook of a Tauren character perfectly. That said, I'll probably be going for a Troll Shaman because I think think the way the Trolls look fits my picture of what a Shaman should be the closest. :)
