Hi Lavcat
Weekends away make me a slow responder.
As DeeBye explained, we in Ontario do have the right to go topless with the caveat that it cannot be for the purpose of soliciting.
This is stretched a bit thin at times, as I am told there are a couple of strip joints that do have sunbathing strippers outside in the afternoons, particularly at the shift change times for the local automobile factory.
I clearly remember the worries and fears expressed at the time of the ruling. But, as it turns out, nobody wants to go grocery shopping topless. Not even those with the non-saggy types of chest.
And, let's face it, even if the weather were hot enough to make it seem like a good idea, those body parts that never see the light of the sun really shouldn't. They sunburn badly if they do. :(
