There is, however, a Gigabyte 1gb GTX 750 (no Ti) if you want to save about $30. Unless you intend to play some recent high end games at resolutions like 1920x1080, 1gb of video memory should be plenty for most games. The extra $30 for the 2gb Ti gets you slightly better performance, but for anyone intending to replace the whole system soon, that $30 is probably better spent towards the new computer later.
I think as a general rule I'd never pay more than $200 for a video card in recent years. At some point you're just paying twice as much for something only fractionally better than its half-priced alternatives.
